These Terms of Use apply to Prosperity Reset pages, digital materials, and related purchase/support surfaces. By purchasing or using the product, you agree to these terms and to the applicable Hotmart purchase terms shown at checkout.
Where a named creator/seller identity is required on a public or checkout surface, the current public creator name is Antônio Britto. Public identity details should be limited to what is necessary for checkout, legal, support, or platform compliance.
1. Product scope
Prosperity Reset is a self-guided digital educational/reflection product inspired by Ho'oponopono-style forgiveness practice. It may include an ebook/PDF, workbook/journaling prompts, and related digital materials depending on the final approved Hotmart delivery setup.
The product is for personal reflection, journaling, and educational use only.
2. No professional advice or guaranteed results
Prosperity Reset is not financial, legal, tax, investment, medical, mental-health, emergency, debt, credit, employment, therapy, or professional advice.
It does not promise income, savings, debt relief, business results, employment, health outcomes, emotional outcomes, spiritual outcomes, or any specific life result. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
3. Cultural respect and lineage disclaimer
The product is inspired by widely shared Ho'oponopono-style forgiveness practice. It is not an official Hawaiian lineage program, SITH program, certification, authorization, endorsement, or representation of cultural authority.
4. Purchase, access, and delivery
Purchases are processed through Hotmart. Access, delivery, payment processing, invoices/receipts, and purchase records are handled through Hotmart according to the checkout configuration and Hotmart's applicable terms.
Use the email associated with your Hotmart purchase for access and support requests.
5. Refunds
Refund requests follow the standard Hotmart refund/guarantee process and the guarantee period shown at checkout and in your Hotmart purchase details. Hotmart states that creator-configured guarantee periods may vary, and the applicable period is displayed in the Terms of Purchase on the payment page and purchase details.
Use Hotmart's purchase/support area to request a refund or cancellation within the applicable guarantee period.
6. Personal-use license
When you purchase the product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital materials for your own personal use.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, publish, sublicense, share publicly, give away, train competing products with, or otherwise commercially exploit the materials without written permission.
7. Intellectual property
All product content, text, structure, prompts, visuals, and related materials are protected by intellectual-property rights unless otherwise stated. No ownership rights are transferred to you by purchase.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• misuse the product or support channels;
• attempt to bypass checkout, access controls, or platform restrictions;
• share private purchase/access links publicly;
• send sensitive personal data, card numbers, passwords, or credentials through public comments, DMs, or unapproved support routes;
• use the product in a misleading way or imply official lineage/certification/endorsement.
9. Affiliate and material-connection disclosure
Hotmart affiliate participation has been enabled manually by the operator. If an affiliate, partner, or promoter recommends this product and may receive compensation, that material connection should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously wherever the recommendation or link appears.
Affiliate participation does not authorize affiliates to make income, therapy, debt-relief, medical, legal, investment, official-lineage, guaranteed-result, or unsupported claims.
10. Support
For purchase access, refund, and checkout-related support, use the Hotmart-native support route connected to your purchase. Support should not be requested through public comments or social DMs.
11. Third-party platforms
The funnel may use third-party platforms such as Hotmart, website hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and social networks. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, and support processes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prosperity Reset and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the product or inability to use it.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
13. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product, checkout, delivery, support, or public funnel changes. The version published on the public page should reflect the current live setup.
